How many episodes can I watch free?
The first 10 episodes of every series are free — 12 on HALLA Originals. After that, unlock the rest at 25 coins each or go VIP.
Can I download episodes to watch offline?
Yes, with VIP. Tap the download icon on any series and the episodes wait for you on the train, the plane, or the queue.
Does Halla Drama work on my TV?
Halla Drama is built vertical-first for your phone, but you can cast to most smart TVs from the app.

Do my coins ever expire?
No. Your balance stays in your wallet until you spend it.

Can I cancel VIP anytime?

How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and we will email you a reset link.
Where do I see my receipts?
Open Account → Billing for every coin pack and VIP charge, ready to download.
Can I change my region?
Your region is set from your account country. Contact us if you have moved and we will sort it out.
How do I delete my account?
Account → Privacy → Delete account. This removes your watch history, wallet, and profile for good.
